Herbert D. Friedman is a Harvard Law School graduate and an adoptive parent. He has a major concentration in adoption law and artificial reproductive technology law. He is Adoption Counsel to Jewish Family Service of the North Shore, Inc., in Salem and Bright Futures Adoption Center in Acton and is a founding member and board member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He is also a board member of  ACONE (Adoption Community of New England) He has represented adoptive parents in over 900 adoptions in the last 25 years. Mr. Friedman's adoption website is www.massadopt.com.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Mr. Friedman is also a participant in the Senior Partners for Justice Program of the Volunteer Lawyers Project, is a long time board member of the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health and is legal counsel to The Mystic Chorale, Inc., a community chorus based in Arlington. He is fluent in Spanish.
