Andrew joined the firm in February of 2012 as an associate in the business litigation department focusing his practice on all areas of business law.
Prior to joining Rudolph Friedmann, Andrew was an associate at a boutique insurance defense firm focusing on fraudulent claims for insurance benefits. There, Andrew maintained a complex caseload and managed matters through all stages of litigation before both State and Federal Courts. In this role Andrew gained extensive experience beyond that of most young attorneys by actively pursuing matters beyond the Complaint and Answer, including taking and defending depositions and arguing motions before the courts of the Commonwealth.
Andrew is a magna cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he was the Trial Competition Director of the Moot Court Honor Board, a member of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy, and received the Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure.
A varsity baseball player at Bates College, outside of work Andrew enjoys both playing and watching sports, including skiing and golf, as well as taking full advantage of the Boston arts and music community.
