Nicholas joined the firm as an associate in March 2018 and focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation. He counsels and represents businesses of all sizes in complex commercial disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, employment disputes, consumer protection, business torts, partnership disputes, bad-faith litigation, defamation, contractor disputes, and intellectual property litigation involving trade secrets and copyrights.
Before joining Rudolph Friedmann, Nicholas practiced in the business litigation department of a well-established Greater Boston law firm, where he helped clients obtain favorable decisions in a variety of complex business matters. Nicholas also worked for several prominent law firms in Boston where he represented Fortune 500 Companies in matters involving securities and antitrust litigation.
While in law school, Nicholas was an Annual Review articles editor of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law and a nationally award-winning Barrister’s Council’s Moot Court team member. Nicholas also gained legal experience as a law clerk in the Senior Trial Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and as a Student Attorney for D.C. Law Students in Court, a nonprofit organization that represents tenants in D.C. Landlord and Tenant Court.
