- Rich Mucci joined the firm as an Associate in 2009. Rich represents businesses, contractors, suppliers, and owners in all facets of civil litigation. Representative matters include all types of contract disputes, home improvement contractor disputes, public and private construction disputes, real estate disputes, probate contests and landlord/tenant disputes. Rich also maintains a criminal defense practice and a personal injury practice.

Rich is a trial attorney skilled in both civil and criminal matters. Rich has successfully tried numerous cases, both to juries and to the bench.
