Rob is an associate of the firm concentrating his practice in corporate, commercial lending and real estate law. With more than a decade of experience representing banks and borrowers, he is well-versed in all aspects of commercial lending including asset based, real estate, and commercial and industrial credit facilities. Rob represents banks with workouts, foreclosures and out-of-court restructurings.

As counsel to a number of real estate developers, Rob has significant experience in all facets of real estate including purchases, development, finance, leasing and sales. In addition, he advises companies with purchases, sales and general corporate matters.

While attending law school Rob worked as a law clerk for Fleet Bank’s (now Bank of America) Legal Department. Prior to attending law school Rob completed a rigorous commercial lending management trainee program at Fleet Bank. Thereafter, he was an analyst in the bank’s syndicated lending group.
