We represented a Successor Trustee in a Trust and alleged that the former Trustee had absconded with funds of the Trust. The Court found in our favor, thus the beneficiaries of the Estate/Trust will receive an additional $600,000.00 beyond that which was originally paid to them. The Defendant, after losing on Summary Judgment, appealed the matter to the Appeals Court. The Appeals Court upheld our position and upheld the award of punitive damages."
