Mark represents clients in all aspects of litigation and has successfully conducted trials in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth. With deep expertise in all phases of litigation, he has achieved favorable results for both individuals and companies in complicated and often difficult-to-win cases. In addition to extensive trial experience, Mark has represented clients in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations. A skilled negotiator, he has achieved favorable results in numerous settlements in amounts exceeding $1 million.

Mark’s varied caseload includes complex and often catastrophic personal injury matters, contract disputes, premises liability actions, construction defects, property damage cases, professional liability claims and maritime litigation. He has a well-deserved reputation for a client-centric approach to litigation and develops creative and strategic tactics based upon each client’s needs and the circumstances of each case. Whenever possible, Mark works towards favorable resolution without the costs, time, risks and delay of litigation. When resolution is not possible outside of the courtroom, he is fully prepared to go to trial and pursue the best possible outcome for his clients.

Active in the courts and local affairs, Mark was a court-appointed mediator/conciliator in the Stoughton and Brockton District Courts and the Boston Municipal Court for ten years. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Andover Little League from 2012 through 2017 and has coached youth sports, including soccer and baseball, at a variety of age levels. Mark serves on the Parental Committee of Boy Scout Troop 79 in Andover and is a 1st Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus, Council No. 1078. Mark greatly enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and twin sons.
