Thomas David Duquette, Jr.
Tom recently joined Rudolph Friedmann LLP after working for the past two years in insurance defense where he represented retailers, manufacturers, municipalities and land owners on various liability matters, from construction accidents to contract disputes and consumer protection claims. He has also represented both employees and employers in discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination matters. Tom focuses his practice on business litigation and employment.
During law school, Tom served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge George A. O’Toole of the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. He also completed externships with Harvard University’s Office of Labor and Employee Relations, as well as with two Boston law firms.
Prior to law school Tom worked in the telecommunications industry as both a corporate paralegal and as a project manager.
