Boston Construction Lawyer

Serving all of Massachusetts

A successful construction project requires multiple groups to work together and deliver on their commitments to achieve the end result. We are adept at creating and managing relationships in a construction project to facilitate project completion while helping clients navigate the complexities of the construction industry. When parties to a project do not fulfill their duties, we provide advice and counsel on the best way to move forward, including reviewing and asserting the available legal rights and remedies.

Our construction attorneys work with project owners, construction companies, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, builders, architects, engineers, lenders, and manufacturers in every phase of construction – from business entity creation to project completion. We have handled matters ranging from contract disputes and construction defects to construction financing, supply contracts, mechanic’s liens and bond claims. The breadth and depth of our experience is advantageous in protecting our clients’ interests and ensuring their goals and objectives are met.

Our managing partner Jim Rudolph has served as General Counsel to the Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts since 2002 and been a member of the Board of Directors for 30 years, including serving as Chairman in 2002 and 2016.
