John M. Mooradian

Overview

John focuses his practice on corporate and business transactions. John assists clients with entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiations, business sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and leases, and general commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, John worked for a small firm representing clients in municipal and state liquor and lottery licensing and appeared before over 100 municipal licensing authorities and the Massachusetts Alcohol Beverage Control Commission. In addition, John has represented buyers and sellers of real estate and served as closing attorney for lending institutions.
