Jim Rudolph Appointed to Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD)

Jim Rudolph, Managing Partner of the law firm of Rudolph Friedmann LLP, which has offices in Boston and Marblehead, was recently appointed by Governor Charles Baker to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) Advisory Board. MCAD is the state’s chief civil rights agency charged with the authority to investigate, prosecute, adjudicate and resolve cases of discrimination. Jim and the firm represent employers and employees on a variety of issues, including business divorces, wrongful terminations, non-competes, theft of confidential information and other employment related issues. A board member of Associated Builders and Contractors and ABC’s Legal Counsel, Jim is a member of several other boards in Greater Boston. He is Vice President of the Board of The Governor’s Academy and Chairman of the Board of Overseers of the Anti-Defamation League. He is also on the boards of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, Eastern Bank, Essex National Heritage Commission, the Marblehead Zoning Board of Appeals and the North Shore Chamber of Commerce.
