Rudolph Friedmann Welcomes Associate Brian Lynch

Rudolph Friedmann is pleased to announce the addition of associate Brian Lynch. Brian helps entrepreneurs and business owners grow their vision from the ground up. He provides legal guidance on entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiations, business sales and acquisitions, and general commercial transactions. Brian has advised corporations, limited liability companies and non-profit organizations working on ventures in a wide range of industries including professional services, food services, real estate brokerage, real estate development, digital marketing and new media, data and technology, and fantasy sports and sports gaming. Brian received a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2012 with a business law concentration and a B.A. from Stonehill College in 1997.
