Rudolph Friedmann Welcomes Associate Sean Cullen

We are pleased to announce that Sean Cullen has joined the firm as an associate. Sean is an experienced litigator with more than 15 years of experience. He has a successful track record in state and federal court defending against claims for alleged violations of the Massachusetts Consumer Credit Cost Disclosure Act (MCCCDA), the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act (FDCPA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Sean has represented numerous secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in foreclosure and summary process actions. Sean received a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from the University of Vermont. Learn more about Sean’s experience in his bio.
