Overview

Sol focuses his practice on civil litigation, including business disputes, commercial litigation, employment matters, and insurance defense. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution and is prepared to counsel clients on liability analysis and avoidance of litigation. Sol provides a tailored approach to each client’s unique needs – this may mean negotiating a settlement, developing a creative solution to resolve a complex legal issue, or successfully litigating claims in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Rudolph Friedmann, Sol practiced at a prominent New Hampshire firm. As a law student, Sol honed his litigation skills at the Northeast Legal Aid’s Consumer Unit where he worked on employment and housing discrimination matters. He also spent a semester as a clinician at Vermont Law School’s Institute for Energy and the Environment. During his final year of law school, Sol studied abroad at CY Paris Cergy Université where he earned a French business law degree.

In his free time, Sol enjoys playing and watching soccer, keeping up with social and political news, and spending time with friends and family. When time permits, he enjoys traveling and fulfilling his passion for scuba diving.
